Neyagawa city plans to send Application forms to householders (Applicant/Recipient) by mail on March 10 &11, 2009.
Acceptance of Application has started proceeding clerical works so that the city can provide cash handouts to the citizens promptly.
Outline of Flat sum cash benefit is as follows
| A person subject to Flat sum cash benefit | A person who falls in either category of (1)
or (2) on the reference date of February 1, 2009.
(1) A person who is registered in the Basic Registration Register of the city. (2) A legitimate foreign resident who is registered in the Alien registration Original Card excluding a qualified resident for short-term stay. |

However, the method (3) is for a case that an applicant is not inclined to
take the methods (1) and (2).
(1)Application by mail: An applicant should send an application form entering the bank account to which the cash handout is transferred. It is also necessary to send an Identity Verification Documents and a copy of Bank Passbook together .to the city . (2)Application at the office counter of City hall. An applicant should submit an application form entering Bank account together with an Identity Verification Documents and a copy of Bank Passbook to the office counter of city hall. The benefit payment will be transferred to your bank account. (3)Cash receipt at the counter of city hall. Submitting an Identity Verification Documents and a copy of Bank Passbook. Payment in cash is granted. Note: the method (3) for cash payment will be late compared to bank transfer and become available around June after completion of all bank transfer works. |

Neyagawa City has sent the application forms to households subject to the special benefit for child care support on March 6, 2008 and started acceptance of the application to facilitate the procedure for payments.
