Citizens' Information Corner

Neyagawa City (Neyagawa-shi) has installed Citizens' Information Corner (Shimin Joho Corner) on the 1st floor of the main building of Municipal Office (Shiyakusho Honkan) as a general counter to provide information on various administrative documents and volunteer activities, to disclose municipal official documents in accordance with the systems for disclosure of information and protection of personal information.

◎Provision of information on administrative documents

Administrative documents prepared by the municipality (budget document, account settlement document, minute of assemblies, comprehensive plans, municipal status in brief, statistics, brochures, etc.) and periodicals published by the national government, prefectures and other public organizations are available for reference.

 

◎Sales of periodicals

Statistics, comprehensive plans, and Hachikazuki-chan related goods ( pin badge, mobile phone strap, mug cup, etc.) are on sale.

◎Photocopy service

Photocopy of documents is available by ¥10/copy (up to A3 size paper) if you need to make copies of administrative documents.

◎Service days and hours

Monday to Friday (except national holidays)
9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
