Neyagawa Municipal Outdoor Activity Center (Neyagawa-shi Yagai Katsudo Center) is a facility established to provide citizens with leaning opportunities relevant to outdoor activity and social education in order to contribute to citizens' lifelong learning. In the environment surrounded by nature apart from everyday life, citizens of every generation from infants to the elderly can enjoy outdoor life with their family and friends.

○ Access

  1. From Keihan Owada Station (Keihan Owada Eki): Get on Keihan Bus bound for "Shijonawate Station (Shijonawate Eki)" and get off at the terminal "Shijonawate Station (Shijonawate Eki)”.Make a connection with Shijonawate community bus to get off at “Ousaka”.
  2. From Shinobugaoka Station (Shinobugaoka Eki) or from Shijonawate Station (Shijonawate Eki) of Gakken Toshi Line (Gakken Toshi-sen):Get on Shijonawate community bus bound for “Satsukigaoka / Ryokufudai”, get off at “Ousaka” and walk for 15 minutes

  1. Make a reservation in advance. The reservation is accepted from the 1st day of the month that is two months prior to the day of use. (e.g. For the use in July, the reservation is accepted from the first day of May).
  2. Make a reservation using Neyagawa City Outdoor Activity Center Reservation Guide System. You can access the system at the terminals set in 14 public facilities in Neyagawa City (OPAS) or at http://www.outodor.citi.neyagawa.osaka.jp on internet.
  3. For the reservation within 9 days before the day of use, inquire at Neyagawa Municipal Outdoor Activity Center directly.
  4. Reservation for one-day use can be made at the center on the day of use. (Reservation may not be accepted depending on occupancy. Please inquire in advance.)

Submission of application form and payment of the fee

  1. After checking vacancy at Municipal Gymnasium (Shimin Taiikukan) or Neyagawa Municipal Outdoor Activity Center, fill in the application form. Then finish the payment for the use of the center and/or lodges on the spot.
  2. An users’ kit of Outdoor Activity Center will be handed at the time of application. Please fill in each form about your activity plan, goods-borrowing and so on and submit them no later than 10 days before the day of use. (Fax submission is accepted)

Those who start to use on July 1 and after

  1. Make an application using Outdoor Activity Center Reservation Guide System and submit the application form and the other necessary papers such as the use plan sheet, name list of lodge users, order sheet to Outdoor Activity Center no later than 10 days before the day of use. (Fax submission is accepted) These forms can be downloaded from the web page of Neyagawa Municipal Outdoor Activity Center.

    ○ For your smooth implementation of activity plans you are recommended to visit or consult with the center in advance.
    ○ In that case, please inform the center of when you visit or ask a consultation in advance.
    ○ If you need to cancel the reservation, please let the center know without delay.

  2. Payment of the fee
    1. Pay into the bank account shown below within than 10 days after the application. The bank transfer fee should be borne by you.

    2. If cancellation for the entire use or some users is informed no later than 10 days before the day of use, partial or total amount paid in advance will be returned. Please note that there will be no refund if the cancellation is made within 10 days before the day of use.
      * Examples of day calculation for refund:
      ○ For the use on July 13, if the cancellation is informed on July 3 and before, the refund will be received.
      ○ For the use of July 13, if the cancellation is informed on July 4 and after, the refund will not be received.
      ○ The refund will be received either by bank transfer or in cash. Please consult at the center.
      ○ Cancellation or postponement of the use due to rain and so on, should be informed to the center by 9:30 a.m. on the day of use. The date of change for usage will be accepted only if Cancellation or Postponement is rightly reported..
