Neyagawa Health & Welfare Public Corporation Foundation (Zaidan-hojin Neyagawa-shi Hoken Fukushi Kosha) offers home nursing care services as follows.
◇ At-home nursing care support
Upon the request from users certified as in need of nursing care, care support
specialists (care managers) prepare a program of at-home care service necessary
for everyday life. Visiting inquiry relevant to certification of care need is
also carried out by request of Neyagawa City.
◇ Visiting Nursing Care (Home help service)
In accordance with the visiting nursing care planning, visiting nursing care
staffs (home attendants) are dispatched to support users who are certified as
in need of nursing care in their everyday life work such as cooking and washing,
and give nursing care of taking a bath and going to the toilet. Consultation
and advice for everyday life are also available.
◇ At-home nursing care
Home attendants are dispatched for the mentally handicapped and the citizens
(children) who have difficulty in everyday life activities due to handicap to
support their housework and physical care.
◇ Visiting nursing project [Neyagawa Municipal Visiting Nursing Station (Neyagawa-shi
Homon Kango Station)]
Registered nurses are dispatched for nursing care based on medical treatment
and nursing service to the citizens certified as in need of care or applicable
to medical insurance in accordance with the instruction of their home doctors.
This project aims to support their medical life based on well organized visiting
nursing planning and good communication with home doctors for improvement and
maintenance of mental and physical conditions.
