Payment of Insurance Premium

National Health Insurance Premium of Neyagawa City is to be paid dividing into 10 installments for the amount of the whole year from June to March of the next year.

Time-limit of payment is the last day of each payment month..

(* In cases that the last day of the payment month is Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday, the time-limit moves to the following business day.)

In case of a family unit where the ages of all the members joining the National Health Insurance are between 65 to 74 years old and the members having duty to pay National Health Insurance premium receive the pension, their annual insurance premium is withdrawn from the pension by 6 installments a year, namely April, June, August, October, December and February.

[Special collection]

In cases that a householder aged 65 to 75 years old receive the annual  pension more  than ￥180,000 a year ( the amount of expenses for National Health Insurance and Nursing Care Insurance combined is within  half  of annual pension payment ), insurance bills will be deducted in April, June, August (temporary collection) and in October, December, February (main collection) at the time of annual pension payments 6 times a year.

[Place of payment]

The place of payment is shown below. Be sure you cannot pay the premium, if you miss the deadline of the payment.

• Financial agencies for collection and financial institutions designated by the City. 
• Main municipal office
• Citizen's Center ( service counter of Koori, Kayashima, Nishi, Higashi, Horimizo)
• Service station Neyagawa-ya ( Service Dokoro Neyagawa-ya)
• Convenience stores

[Account transfer for your convenience]

• The application for account transfer is available at the financial agencies for collection and financial  institutions designated by the City.

 

[Nonpayment of the premium]

Letter of collection or letter of reminder will be sent to those who do not pay the premium on due date, and the extra charges and arrears are to be required. In case of nonpayment without reason,  " an identification card for an insured person "that specifies the burden of the full amount of medical fee payment is to be issued. In the meantime, the insurance premium is also burdened.Moreover, the nonpayment disposal that attaches important properties (movable property, deposit salary, real estate, etc. ) has to be executed.

[Consultation about payment]

If payment of insurance premium becomes difficult due to disaster or illness, unemployment or business stagnation, etc. of a person supporting a living, please do not leave such situation untouched, but consult  with Insurance Affairs Office ( section in charge of Insurance Premium Payment) at an early stage.

  * Consultation on the premium payment is accepted, besides regular business hours, until 8:00pm every Thursday (except holiday) and from 9:00am to 5:30pm every fourth Sunday.
