Newsletter of Tape Recording & Braille
"Tape recording newsletter", a read-out and recorded municipal newsletter "Koho
Neyagawa" (issued twice a month, on 1st and 15th)" is sent to citizens on
request. Note that they are delivered 5 days behind the regular issue due to the
recording process.
"Braille newsletter", a translation of "Koho Neyegawa" into
Braille, is also available twice a month. It takes one week to translate and
deliver after the regular version is released. Please call Handicapped Person's
Welfare Division (Shogai Fukushi-ka) or Public Relations & Hearing Division (Koho
Kocho-ka) for application.
