This is a service for elderly persons with dementia aiming to ease both the physical and mental burdens of their family members by providing users with care for everyday life events and physical training at commuting nursing facilities.
| • Service receivers: | Those who are certified as 1st to 5th grades in need of care |
| • Contents: | Care for everyday life events and physical training are provided at commuting nursing facilities. |
| • Expense: | The expense differs according to the structure of the facilities and the degree of care that users require. (In addition to the expense above, other expenses, including fees for everyday life events, meal expenses and fees for diapers are needed.) |
