Restoration of Illegally-parked Bicycles

In accordance with the Municipal Bylaw on Prevention of Illegally Parked Bicycles, Neyagawa City (Neyagawa-shi) has designated the places around 4 stations in the city as prohibited areas of illegally parked bicycles. Illegally left bicycles and auto-cycles are immediately removed.

1.	Notice, Warning	A warning card is attached to illegally parked bicycles.
2.	Immediate removal	Bicycles left even after warning will be removed.
3.	Storage	Removed bicycles are kept at Uzumasa Bicycle Storage.
4.	Restoration	They are kept at the storage for a month until the owner comes to take back.
5.	Disposal	The municipality disposes bicycles without anyone to take back.

* Bicycles are removed and kept by the municipality in the following occasions.

1. Left for more than 7 days after a notice card was attached even in the area out of prohibited areas (less than 7 days in the case of urgency).
   
   
2. More than 7 days passed after the notice card was attached to the bicycle left in the public bicycle parking areas.

Monday to Friday , 2nd / 4th Saturday and 1st / 3rd Sunday ,  from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
(except National  holidays and  the period from Dec. 29 to Jan.3)

○Necessaries

・Expense for storage (bicycle = ¥2,000 /  motorbike =¥3,000)
・Something for ID purpose (driver's license, insurance card, student ID, etc.)
・The key of the bicycle
・Seal (Inkan)
・Notice for Storage (Post Card)

○Access

Take Keihan No. 31 Route Bus bound for Uzumasa Housing (Uzumasa Jutaku) from No.3 bus stop and get off at Asahioka Housing (Asahioka Jutaku).

Please proceed to the direction of the bus and turn left at the first corner( there is a signboard), then  turn left after 120m walk to find the Uzumasa Bicycle Storage(Uzumasa Jitensha Hokan Basho).
