The cooling-off system, namely "to calm down and think carefully", is a system for consumers to enable cancellation of the sales contract they signed for the products or the services offered by home-call sales within 8 days including the day of the contract without condition.
Please refer to the procedure of the cooling-off that might be written in red letters on
the sales contract agreement.
Please write a post card then copy it both side and send it by acceptance-recorded mail as
notification.
