-Resident Registration/ Resident Card-
Request for Issue of Resident Card (copy) at night, on Saturdays, Sundays
or Holidays
(As of April 1st, 2009)
Neyagawa City provides special service to issue Resident Card on
Saturday, Sunday, and National holiday for those who are unable to come to the
City Hall on weekdays owing to circumstances. Resident card will be
issued at the city hall service dokoro
"Neyagawa-ya" on the first floor of Keihan Neyagawa Station South Exit
, Nishi citizen center (on the first floor of City general center, 'Shimin
Sougou Center') and Higashi citizen center on the first floor of Naka-Ichibankan, Neyagawa Higashi
Family Town..
On the fourth Sunday of each month, the Citizens' Division of City Hall
also issues Resident Card (copy) at its counters.

City Hall service dokoro Neyagawa-ya 10:00
a.m.
to 8:00 p.m.
Nishi Citizen Center, Higashi Citizen Center 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Office Days:
Everyday excluding the period from December29 to January 3.
- Eligible person:
The said person or a person in the same
household, a person who presented a letter of
proxy. When requested by a third party , a Resident Card will be
issued with description of registered persons only , deleting Permanent domicile and Family
relation
- Charge :
￥300 per copy
- Identification:
Those who request a copy of Registration Card should bring documents to
identify the person such as Basic Resident Resister, Driver license,
Passport, Health Insurance Card, and Pension Book. etc.
