Encouraging Benefit for Children of Traffic Victims
In case that a person, who was raising children of school age for compulsory education,
was killed in a traffic accident, encouraging benefit is provided.
As far as the traffic victims live in Neyagawa City and have registered
as a local citizen or completed alien registration, the encouraging benefit system
is applied.

- How to claim
Submit the following documents to the Citizen's Life Division within two years after the applicable case occurs (two years after the date of death).
- Resident card ( with record of all family members, family relations,
permanent domicile ) or certificate of alien original registration matters.
- Certificate of the traffic accident (issued by Japan Safe Driving
Center classified as an accident resulting in injury or death) or some
documents to certify the accident
- Death certificate or a postmortem attestation
- Other necessary documents
- Seal (Inkan)
- Something to identify your account
- Acceptance hour From Monday to Friday. (
excluding Holidays, The period between 29th, December and 3rd, January )
